The Heartsaver First Aid / CPR / AED program covers Adult, Child, Infant CPR with AED and Choking with various First Aid topics.
Designed for employee training in workplaces, scouting leaders, coaches, and non-medical home care workers. For employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a first aid or cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
What is covered
- Adult first aid (first aid basics, medical and injury emergencies)
- Adult, child and infant CPR
- Foreign-body airway obstruction
- Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Includes 2-year AHA Completion Card
Required Manual Notice:
The American Heart Association (AHA) requires all students to have access to the current course manual before, during, and after class. Certification may be considered invalid by the AHA if this requirement is not met.
