AHA Heartsaver® CPR AED (No First Aid)

This CPR/AED-only class teaches how to recognize cardiac arrest, give high-quality chest compressions, use an AED, and relieve choking in adults (with optional child/infant modules as needed). No First Aid topics are included.

• 🧰 Construction/trades crews whose employer or site policy specifies CPR/AED
• 🧑‍💼 General employees designated as on-site responders by company policy
• ⚠️ Not for hospital/clinical providers—choose BLS for Healthcare Providers instead

• 🫀 Adult CPR: high-quality compressions, rescue breaths, and teamwork

• ⚡ AED operation: power-on, pad placement, safety, and shock delivery
• 🆘 Choking relief for adults (optional child/infant choking if selected)
• ⛑️ Recognizing cardiac arrest & activating EMS (scene safety, 9-1-1)
• 🧴 Barrier devices & hygiene considerations during CPR

Certification & format

• ✅ AHA Heartsaver® CPR AED eCard (optional purchase during registration)
• 🗓️ Valid for 2 years (upon successful completion)
• 👥 Instructor-led, hands-on practice with skills testing
• 💙 Community attendance and participation encouraged at no cost
